Courgette with Olive Oil

Ingredients
- 15 courgettes
- 6 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried mint
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp white pepper
Preparation
- Cut 2 mm off each side of the courgettes to leave only the flesh.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the cloves.
- Add the chopped courgette and cook for 12-15 minutes.
- Add the dried mint, salt and pepper and cook for another minute.
- Serve cold with Lebanese bread.
