Carrot with Olive Oil

Ingredients
- 8 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 8 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 100 ml (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and white pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
Preparation
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic.
- Add the carrots and cook for 15 to 18 minutes over low heat, stirring from time to time.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with coriander and serve with bread.
